After having moved from Tokyo to Hokkaido, the student of secondary school Tsubasa Shiki decides to explore the picturesque winter landscape that he could never live in the national capital. This only takes a moment at the idealized vision of Tsubasa on the northern prefecture in Japan to collapse, because the cold and freezing air submerges it quickly. While trying to find the way to his new house, Tsubasa runs up to Minami Fuyuki - a native of talkative and friendly Hokkaido who, despite the cold, carries a short skirt.
