Fleed Planet was destroyed in the attached by King Vega to take over it and Duke Fleed is a survivor who escaped from it. He used his father’s mysterious spaceship and reached on the earth. After reaching on earth he knew the mystery of that spaceship. It contains a mysterious weapon of Grendizer which is a controllable robot. It is designed by his father Dr. Umon who died in that Attack. When he knew that King Vega wanted to conquer earth and then he decided to stop him with the help of his friends.
