Meiji Gekken: 1874

Year 1874. Shizuma Origasa, formerly a samurai in the Aizu domain and now working as a ripe pulse, embarks on a quest to locate his disappeared fiancée, Suma Kanomata. However, an unexpected turn of events plunges him into the ranks of the newly established police forces, intriguing him into the pursuit of a conspiracy aimed at overthrowing the government.

At the same time, the Moriya Yakuza clan welcomes a guest, Kyoushirou Shuragami, a competent swordsman. In the clan, which is linked to the brain orchestrating the overthrow of the government, Kyoushirou is strategically positioning himself for personal purposes.

This prepares the field for the drama of destiny between Shizuma and Kyoushirou, where the ironic meetings and the separations await Shizuma during his trip.
