There is a tower known as the Tower of God randomly selected people who are known as Regulars. These people get their deepest desire whatever it is for those who reach the top level of that tower. A young boy Bam lives there away from the light his life suddenly changes when he meets with Rachel who was chosen by the tower to climb. When she shows her desire and wants to leave him because she has to climb. Bam wanted to help her in any case. He was not chosen by the tower but when he stepped in the door of the tower opened and it became famous with the name Irregular. On the 20th floor, they find a powerful character Viole and they get on the same team to reach on top.
